About BusyRadar

A free, data-driven tool for understanding how busy Las Vegas is — today, or months from now.

BusyRadar exists to answer one question as accurately as possible: how busy is Las Vegas going to be on a given day? We track local events, conventions, sports, holidays, and hotel demand indicators across the city, and turn that into a clear day-by-day view of expected crowd levels.

Our focus is accuracy. We're constantly working to pull together the most reliable picture of Vegas demand we can, so that anyone checking the crowd calendar gets a real answer instead of a guess. Every date is color-coded by demand level, updated daily, so you can see conditions at a glance instead of digging through hotel sites or event listings one by one.

The blog breaks down what's actually driving a given weekend, and the events page covers the biggest shows and events coming up for the rest of the year — both built on the same data behind the calendar.

BusyRadar is built for travelers planning a trip around cost and crowds — deciding when to book, what to expect at hotels and on the Strip, and how to avoid (or plan for) the busiest weekends. Locals and rideshare drivers use it too, to see what a given day or night is likely to look like.
